Now I totally did not realize that I did that but when I did I said ok I'm obessesed lol. Stripes are so in this season and there are so many ways to mix and match and pull off a great outfit. Oxblood and Lepoard

Hi Fashionistas,

Hope everyone had a great weekend. Mines was ok and I am a little under the weather hence no outfit post and with the off and on snow that's another issue. If you follow me on instagram you saw my outfit look which I loved. Oxblood was a trendy color for the season and I had to try it out. For most who do not know me I usually just come up with outfit looks on a day to day basis if it pops in my mind that's how I work. This was one of those outfits. My blazer, blouse and hat were all from H &M and my Jeans were from Express which I love their jeans cause it fits well. My lepoard booties were from steve madden. The necklace I purchased from my local store called pretty girl. I received so many compliments from this look. So tell me how do you wear your oxblood.

Stripes and Galore

Hi Fashionistas,

If you follow my instagram you seen some outfits that I posted that I was going to recreate. Although its officially spring the weather has not been that great where I am in Nyc but I decided I was going to go for it. I wore a pretty stripe coral pencil skirt that I purchased from old navy for 10 dollars and I paired it with a tshirt and denim jacket that was in my closet. I paired it with my favorite riding boots. I received non stop compliments on the look and I must say I loved it. :)

Lace +Metallic =First Day of Spring

I know this post is late but I have been working late these days. For the first day a spring I decided to wear some metallic jeans with a lace blazer I purchased over the weekend.  This blazer was amazing it was by jessica simpson and I only paid seven dollars for it. The jeans I purchased was also from Levis and I only paid 12 for them so I was winning lol. I paired it with some colorful lepoard print shoes from H &M. So what did everyone wear for the first day of Spring.

Monday Blues

Hi Fashionistas,

Ever have a case of the monday blues which is the start of the work week. I work a very busy job for the city which occupies a lot of my time. Any hoot lol my outfit I wore I wanted to feel cute and brighten up my day :) . I chose to wear a peplum top and some jeans with chunky heels. I loved the whole look especially my necklace which I scored at my local store. So have u ever wore an outfit to brighten your mood.

Maximizing the most out of your closet

Hi My Fashionistas,

This post was suppose to go up last night but I worked late and was exhausted.  Now lets talk about mixing up peices in your wardrobe such as wearing a summer dress and pair it up with a button down shirt, sweater or blazer. If you saw my instagram I posted a pick of myself taking my summer dress and making it into a nice skirt by wearing a sweater with a cardigan.  As like most of you I own a lot of clothes and realize that I was not getting enough use out of it, so I decided to start wearing my clothes I know I sound off lol but seriously by taking a summer dress and wearing boots or heels with a blazer can change it and give it a different look. So tell me what outfits have you mixed in your wardrobe.  I would love to know. :)

Last week recap

I hope everyone had a great start to their work week mines was long and tiring but I enjoyed my weekend overall. I wanted to just post some of my outfits from instagram. There were not that many outfit of the day post but im working on it. I promise to blog more. My next blog will be about some beauty product hauls that I purchase. Hope everyone has a great week. Weekend Recap

My weekend was good went to get my hair done and was able to spend time with my future hubby. On my instagram page I posted some future outfits of the day and some major bargains that I came across. One being a great tweed skirt from marshalls that was on clearance for three dollars. I always believe in a good sale and not paying full price. Hope all you fashionistas had a great weekend as well.

 

Incorporating one outfit to have two different looks

Hi my Fashionistas,

How many times do we have to work during the day and then have a function or a party you have to attend after work but do not have time to change. I know we all have experience this before. For me I always try to incorporate outfits that I can wear for work or formal events. On my instagram page earlier I posted a great dress that I wore to a wedding about two years ago and its a great piece that I can wear to work with a cardagain or blazer. Even a button up shirt would be great. What are some great pieces that are a staple to your wardrobe. :)
