Camo Swag

Hi Fashionistas,

Hope all is well with everyone and sorry for the lack of post. My wedding is approaching fast and there is so much I have to do. This was my weekend look last saturday I wore to go to the movies with my love. I was so excited to find the perfect camo pants and when I stumbled upon these on instagram.  I had to get them. They were perfect and fit great. I am a shoe girl at heart but I love my sneakers.

I decided to pair these pants for an urban look. Anybody that knows me knows I love mickey and minnie mouse. So I have a few tshirts and I decided to change the look by cutting it up which I loved.

Hi/Lo

Hi Fashionistas,

Hope everyone enjoyed the weekend and enjoyed this heat. I am not a huge fan of the heat but it could be worse. Last week I wore this Hi/lo maxi dress that I purchased last year from H&M on clearance. I loved the whole look of the dress its lightweight and comfortable.  I paired it with a belt to add more and wore my sandals with my favorite statement necklace.  It was an overall great and cute look.

Maxi Dress

Hi Fashionistas,

Hope everyone is enjoying their weekend.  I wanted to show you two different ways I rocked a maxi dress this week. I love maxi dresses as they are comfortable and you can styled them in many ways.

The first maxi I wore was a sky blue floral print dress I got from Kohls a few summers ago. I loved everything about this dress. I paired with a great statement necklace and some flat sandals. It was a great look.

The second way I decided to pair this great abstract maxi dress I purchased from ny and company a few years ago. Its a strapless number and I love the colors. I paired it with a denim vest that used to be a jean jacket but with my diy skills I turned it into a cute vest. I wore some gold metallic espadrialls sandals and my fedora hat. Perfect summer outfit to go on a date or a girls night.

Florals and Denim

Over the weekend I had a baby shower to attend but I also had some wedding errands to run. The weather was great on saturday so it made the outfit selection great. Awhile back I purchased this kate young dress for target on clearance for under 30 dollars which was great cause her collection was a little pricey so I was happy for it to be on sale.

Although I love the dress I was not a fan of the big bow in front and thought I could take it off but since I could not I just folded it under and it was great.

I paired the dress with a denim vest and my fab shoes from call it spring. I loved everything about the dress and it had pockets which was a plus.

Casual Fridays

Hi Fashionistas,

Last week friday I went for a casual look which is what I normally do unless I have somewhere to go. For this look I wanted to step out of comfort zone and rock some bold colors that I normally thought would not go together. I'm starting to see how my fashion style is evolving and it shows my personality.

My shoes I purchased awhile ago at a local boutique uptown and they were only $5. I loved the colors and everything about the shoe. I decided I wanted the shoe to stand out so I paired it with some green jeans and a tank top. The tank top was from oldnavy which I had awhile ago. Since I was in the office I wore a wrap around cardigan. Purple is my favorite color if you haven't notice lol.

This outfit was another one of my favs that I could wear on a casual date or just hanging with the girls. What do you think. Comment below

Fourth of July

Hi Fashionistas,

So last week was a short work week cause the fourth of july was thursday. The weather was nice and me and my love were going to a bbq. So I knew I wanted to be cute, casual and comfy. I wore this strapless denim dress from new york and company I purchased awhile ago and only wore once I know I'm bad but I decided I need to utlize my closet more. I paired it with a white jean vest and wore my red converse. I was going with red, white and blue with out doing too much.

I overall had a goodtime and ate really good. Hope everyone had a great fourth like me.

Harem Pants

Hi Fashionistas,

Harem Pants are the lastest fashion trend to hit the seen. You have seen plenty of clebs wearing it. I love love harem pants as they are comfy and you can dress them up or down.

I have two pairs which is black and a lepoard pair which you will see the pics below. I purchased these pants from H&M and I love them. I actually wore them out on the weekend to do some errands and ended up wearing them on a date with my boo.

Camo vest and Stripes

Hi Fashionistas,

How is everyone enjoying this heat wave lol. If you live in NYC like me then you already know. I've been keeping cool by wearing light colors and mostly dresses. I will be posting some looks on that shortly.

Last week I started off the month with a bang lol. When I saw this camo vest at my local pay half I knew I had to have it. I love sleeveless vest because they give great versatility in outfits. I paired my vest with one of my favorite striped skirts from old navy. These pencil skirts are the best to have in your wardrobe because you can style it so many ways.

I paired this vest with a simple black tee and grey and black striped skirt. Paired it with my sneaker wedges to give it a funky look. I received many compliments on it and it is one of my favorite looks. So what do you think. Comment below :)
